Allow me to introduce myself: my name is Florian Linckus, a composer and storyteller deeply passionate about connecting music and narrative. Born on January 21, 1984, in Brandenburg an der Havel, Germany, my journey into the arts began with an early fascination for film and storytelling, which soon blossomed into a profound love for music.
By the late 1990s, I started crafting original works, focusing on music for film. My formal training in composition at the Deutsche Pop Music Academy, from which I graduated in 2009, further shaped my artistic vision. During this time, I collaborated with VFX artist Thomas Zeug, contributing music to the animated series 2 Aliens: Quiqueck & Hämat since 2012.
In 2014, my career gained an international dimension as I worked alongside the renowned Chinese composer Raymond Wong, contributing to films like Ice Man and The Monkey King, as well as several Asian TV series.
As a versatile artist, I specialize in blending classical orchestral arrangements with modern, sound design-driven styles. My work spans epic cinematic scores to intimate soundscapes, continually exploring new horizons in musical storytelling.
